The graphic image, developed by the studio of Quart de Poblet, Locandia, for the I Policy Forum. Design & Public Policy, organized by Econcult and held last March in Valencia, has won a Silver Award at the prestigious Graphis Design Annual Awards in the category of visual identity.
Locandia has won two other awards in different categories of the same call. Graphis, Inc. is an international publisher of books on communication design. Based in New York City, Graphis presents and promotes the best submitted work in Design, Advertising, Photography and Art/Illustration. Graphis annually invites professionals across the design communities to be considered for inclusion in their books. Amongst these submissions, Graphis selects the most compelling work of the year for Platinum, Gold, and Silver awards considerations, which are featured in hardcover Annuals.
The event was part of the development of the European project H2020 Designscapes in which Econcult participates and whose objective is precisely to explore the possibilities of design as enabler of innovation
The studio was contracted through a call for projects, whose organization and resolution was implemented by the Associació de Dissenyadors de la Comunitat Valenciana and financed by València Capital Mundial del Diseño
