This past 2nd of April opened in Seville the first of three transnational mobility activities planned within the Chebec project. The event, focused on the development and expansion of the network of contacts of the beneficiary organisations, gathered in excess of 50 organisations taking part in the 9 pilot projects included in Chebec.
From the Valencian pilot project, five beneficiary organisations took part in the mobility activity: Associació d’editors del País Valencià, La Cosecha, Ana Illueca Ceramics, Barret Coop and Photon Festival.
This mobility event in Seville further highlighted the interest generated by the ICC, with the presence of public institutions such as the Andalusian Agency for Cultural Institutions and the Andalusian Agency for Exterior Promotion. A second part consisted on a series of networking sessions between the participants from different countries such as Bosnia Herzegovina, France, Spain, Italy and Portugal. The event concluded with a round table in which the participants discussed the different challenges faced by cultural and creative organisations with regards to internationalisation, which included field trips to Factoría Cultural and Espacio RES.
